Have you upgraded to Internet Explorer 5.0? I too, have a dial-up connection, and after only a minute-or-so on line, can get to the bottom of the page in an instant. the buffering in 5.0 is MUCH better than 4.0 or lower, or Netscape 4.0 for that matter. Give it a try. It's free!
